Another Christmas Story...

Krzysztof first began cooperating with the Christians Radosc Foundation while he was still a student. Soon after his own conversion he began helping at several of our camps for children. These days he is working full time and has a very good job in Warsaw. Recently I asked him if his company might be interested in helping us with one of our many projects.

This past December, Krzysztof called me and invited me to a meeting with colleagues from his firm. They had taken to heart our request and decided they would like to help.

I suggested that they could join us for the upcoming „ Christmas Surprise” meetings and prepare holiday packages for some of the children in our care.

So that is exactly what happened. A week before the Holidays, Krzysztof called to say that the packages were all ready to be picked-up.

And what a surprise awaited us when we discovered that they had prepared over 50 beautiful wrapped packages! Thanks to their generosity we were able to organize an additional Christmas meeting for children and distribute these packages to them.

We decided to hold this meeting on Tuesday, December 20th at the Baptist Church “Berea” in Otwock. Over 50 children from the community were invited for a special program prepared and presented by the youth of the church. Of course, the highlight was delivering to them the specially prepared Christmas presents!

Everything turned out beautifully. The children came along with their parents, and together we sang Christmas carols, and listened once again to the wonderful story of Christ’s birth.

It is our hope that that Krzysztof’s firm, as well as others, will join us again next year, helping to bring HOPE and JOY to some needy children at Christmas time.
