Snowballs, laughter, hugs, bible lessons, games, and music filled the days of 62 children at the Wisła Bible Camp, January 19-23.  God assembled an awesome International Team  from Australia, Norway, Germany, USA (Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi), Wales and Poland. 

On the 23rd August 2008, a group of seven students from Northern Ireland set off on a journey to Poland. We were unsure of what to expect, as many changes had been made to the original schedule. Although we didn’t know each other particularly well, we all had a common desire, to see the children come to Christ and to show God’s love for them.

‘I will go in the strength of the Lord God,’ Psalm 71 v 16

A team of five people from Northern Ireland traveled to Poland with one common goal, to share the gospel with the children of Poland.

This week has been one of the most amazing weeks of my life. I have had the priviledge of serving God in the Country of Poland and have been really blessed personally. A group of seven of us travelled from Northern Ireland to Wista for a camp with around sixty children.

“For we have this treasure in jars of clay so that the glory of God may be seen more clearly.”
Before the first day of camp ended, it became painfully obvious that we were not adequately prepared for the task before us. We were faced with about 100 children, the vast majority of whom had never been to camp before.
