Celebrating Ten Years of Christian Camps for Children!

In January of 2002, Henryk Podsiadly organized in Wisla, the first camp for children from a Children’s Home in Konstancin – Jeziorna (just south of Warsaw), as well as other needy children from the Warsaw area. God blessed this ministry which continued to grow steadily over the next ten years.

Thanks to the support of a group of our Northern Irish friends, a group of sixty children from all corners of Poland could take part in the 2012 New-Year winter camp in Wisla. Again the noise of childrens’ voices, laughter and shouts filled the Baptist Church where we stayed.

Another Christmas Story...

Krzysztof first began cooperating with the Christians Radosc Foundation while he was still a student. Soon after his own conversion he began helping at several of our camps for children. These days he is working full time and has a very good job in Warsaw. Recently I asked him if his company might be interested in helping us with one of our many projects.

A Christmas “Surprise”

comes to Radosc.

This past Friday, December 16, we had a wonderful opportunity to deepen our co-operation with the Center for Social Assistance (OPS) in Wawer, a district here in Warsaw. Together we watched with great JOY as nearly 200 children, along with parents, responded to a joint invitation to attend a “Christmas Pageant”, organized at local Primary school # 140 in Radosc, where each child received a festive Christmas parcel! (Donated through “Samaritan’s Purse”)
